Almora, January 20, 2024 (Information) – Whatever works are being done in Jageshwar Dham under the master plan, those works should be given priority and completed within the stipulated time. These instructions were given by Bhaskar Khulbe, OSD of Tourism Department of Uttarakhand Government, to the concerned officials. He reviewed the work done so far. During the review, he said that the temple complex should be given a grand look so that the devotees coming here can feel happy.
During the inspection, he received information from Superintending Archaeologist Manoj Saxena about the work done so far in the temple complex. He said that whatever work is to be done under the master plan should be completed within time. He said that in the work to be done in the temple, along with the quality, special attention should also be given to the culture here.
During this, he gave instructions to complete the roof repair work, construction of Mokshadah, Bhogshala, vehicle parking, illumination work and other works on time. He instructed the Tourism Secretary that the work being done should be reviewed from time to time and all the work should be completed before the month of Shravan.
During this, Tourism Secretary Sachin Kurve, Chief Development Officer Akanksha Conde, Manager Temple Committee Jyotsna Pant, Vice President Naveen Bhatt, Tourism Development Officer Amit Lohani and other officials were present. During this, he offered prayers at Jageshwar Dham and took blessings of Baba Jageshwar Dham.
